A chi si rivolge

Garuti Lab Backup è usata esclusivamente dal suo proprietario, con il proprio account Google. Non è offerta al pubblico e non tratta dati di altre persone.

Dati Google a cui accede

Con l'autorizzazione del proprietario, l'applicazione accede al Google Drive del proprietario per creare, leggere, aggiornare ed eliminare i file di backup nella cartella dedicata. Non accede ad altri servizi Google.

Come vengono usati

Solo per salvare e, quando serve, ripristinare i backup del server di casa del proprietario.
I file sono cifrati sul server prima del caricamento.
Le credenziali di accesso (token OAuth) sono conservate solo sul server del proprietario.

Condivisione

Nessun dato viene venduto, ceduto o condiviso con terzi, né usato per pubblicità, profilazione o addestramento di modelli di intelligenza artificiale.

Conservazione e revoca

I backup restano sul Google Drive del proprietario finché lui non li elimina. L'accesso si revoca in qualsiasi momento da myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Uso dei dati delle API Google

L'uso e il trasferimento delle informazioni ricevute dalle API Google rispettano le Google API Services User Data Policy, compresi i requisiti di Limited Use.

Who it is for

Garuti Lab Backup is used exclusively by its owner, with his own Google account. It is not offered to the public and does not process other people's data.

Google data accessed

With the owner's authorization, the application accesses the owner's Google Drive to create, read, update and delete backup files in the dedicated folder. It does not access any other Google service.

How it is used

Only to store and, when needed, restore backups of the owner's home server.
Files are encrypted on the server before upload.
Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored only on the owner's server.

Sharing

No data is sold, transferred or shared with third parties, nor used for advertising, profiling or training artificial intelligence models.

Retention and revocation

Backups remain on the owner's Google Drive until he deletes them. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google API data use

Garuti Lab Backup's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
